Returns, Exchanges, and Return Period
■Returns
•Except in cases where a product is damaged or defective, we do not accept any returns.
•If a product is damaged or defective, we will, under the prescribed conditions, either exchange the product or issue a refund, provided that you notify us within 10 days of receipt and return the product to us.
•In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
■Refunds
•Except where a sales contract is canceled due to a defect or other reason attributable to our company, we do not provide refunds of the purchase price.
•If we agree to issue a refund, you must return the unopened and unused product to us within one month from the date we notify you of our decision.
•Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund using a method designated by us. Please note that the refund amount will be net of the original shipping fee, and processing may take approximately 2–3 weeks.
•If a refund is granted due to customer’s convenience (only if approved by us), the customer shall bear (i) the bank transfer fee for the refund, (ii) an administrative fee of ¥550 JPY (tax included), and (iii) the original shipping cost incurred at the time of delivery. These amounts will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, the customer shall bear the shipping cost for returning the product to us.
