About delivery companies
We use reliable carriers such as Japan Post International Mail for delivery. Depending on the nature of the product, the Company will select and arrange the most appropriate shipping method.
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within Japan and overseas (Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.).
*Delivery to some areas may take longer.
Delivery days and estimated delivery date
Orders will be shipped【within 7 days】 after acceptance.
After shipment, delivery will usually take approximately 【7 to 10 days】.

Specify delivery date and time
You can specify a delivery date and time in the comments section when placing your order or in the email we send you after confirming your order.

Shipping Fees
International Shipping Rates (example for 1kg):
China, South Korea, Taiwan: ¥2,200JPY
Asia (excluding China, South Korea, and Taiwan): ¥3,150JPY
Oceania, North America (excluding the United States), Middle East, Europe: ¥4,400JPY
United States (including Guam and other U.S. territories): ¥5,300JPY
Central and South America (excluding Mexico), Africa: ¥5,100JPY
※The above rates are examples based on a weight of 1kg. Actual shipping charges vary depending on the applicable weight category and are subject to the international shipping rate tables established by Japan Post. For details, please refer to Japan Post’s International Shipping Rate Table.
If a product page indicates “Free Shipping” or “Shipping Included,” no additional shipping charges shall be imposed.

About international shipping
We also accept international shipments (available regions include 【Taiwan, Hong Kong, and others】).
The international shipping fee is ¥2,200JPY for 1kg.
※Please note that the actual shipping fee will vary depending on the weight and destination region.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
Tracking number information
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can check the delivery status on the tracking page of each shipping company.
Handling when you are not at home
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact the delivery carrier directly to arrange redelivery
Other points to note
If the package is returned due to customer reasons such as an incorrect address or extended absence, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.
